"Business Center" refers to MoreIdeas Business Hub and its associated premises at Office 418-422, Sultan Business Center, Dubai, UAE.
"Client" refers to any individual, company, or entity who has entered into a Service Agreement with the Business Center.
"Services" includes, but is not limited to, the provision of serviced offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and other administrative support.
"Service Agreement" refers to the specific contract signed between the Business Center and the Client, detailing the agreed-upon Services, fees, and term.
The Business Center agrees to provide the Services as outlined in the signed Service Agreement. Use of any facility, including serviced offices, meeting rooms, and common areas, is subject to availability and the rules of the Business Center. The Client must only use the premises for legitimate business purposes and in a manner that does not disrupt other clients.
Compliance: The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai, including but not limited to those set by the Department of Economic Development (DED).
Conduct: The Client and their visitors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while on the premises. Any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited.
Registration: The Client is responsible for their own business registration and licensing with the relevant authorities. The Business Center is not liable for any issues arising from the Client's failure to maintain proper licensing.
Payment Terms: All fees are specified in the Service Agreement. Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
Late Payments: The Business Center reserves the right to charge a late fee or suspend Services for overdue payments.
Security Deposit: A security deposit, as specified in the Service Agreement, is required upon signing. This deposit is refundable upon termination, subject to any deductions for outstanding fees or damages to the property.
Term: The term of the Service Agreement is specified in the contract.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement as per the conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. The Business Center may terminate the agreement immediately without notice if the Client violates these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
Early Termination: Fees for early termination may apply as specified in the Service Agreement. The Client remains responsible for all fees and charges until the effective date of termination.
The Client is permitted to use the Business Center's address for their business registration and correspondence for the duration of their Service Agreement. This right is contingent upon the Client maintaining an active and paid account. Upon termination, the Client must immediately cease using the address and notify all relevant parties and authorities of their new address.
The Business Center will take reasonable steps to protect client information. However, the Client acknowledges that information may be disclosed to authorities if required by law. The Client is responsible for the security and privacy of their own data, equipment, and confidential information while on the premises.
The Business Center is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business, arising from the use of its Services or facilities. The Business Center is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property belonging to the Client or their visitors.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Business Center, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the Services or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and the Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in accordance with the Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.
All fees paid by the Client to the Business Center are for the provision of Services as outlined in the Service Agreement. As a service-based business, the Business Center's fees are earned in exchange for the time, space, and resources allocated for the Client's use. Refunds are not granted for services already rendered.
The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the Service Agreement term, provided that:
By the Client: If the Client wishes to cancel the Service Agreement before the agreed-upon term has expired, the cancellation terms and any applicable early termination fees will be governed by the specific clauses in the signed Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, the Client is responsible for paying all fees for the entire contracted term.
By the Business Center: The Business Center reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement immediately, without a refund, if the Client is found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
In the event that the Business Center fails to provide a service as promised in the Service Agreement, and that failure is not a result of a Force Majeure event or a Client's action, the Client may be entitled to a partial or full refund for the specific service that failed. Such claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service failure. The Business Center will investigate the claim and, if it is determined that a service failure occurred, may offer:
